Our organic porridge is a staple ingredient in nearly everything that we make. Cooked from a combination of brown rice, millet, rye, oats and barley, this porridge creates a soft, easily digestible base for all our bread products.

Unbleached Multi Buns

Our multi-purpose buns were developed to facilitate the transition from standard white flour bakery bread to a whole grain porridge bread. Each bun is made using unbleached white flour and they are great for anything from sandwiches to burgers and toast in the morning.

Spelt Millet Buns

Our spelt millet buns are made with organic spelt flour and millet porridge. These naturally leavened buns are dense and contain very little gluten, making them a favourite choice among gluten-conscious eaters.

Prune Apricot Buns

Our prune apricot buns are made with diced prunes and apricots and a combination of organic whole wheat and unbleached white flour. The apricots and prunes make for a sweet bun with bursts of flavor.

Hot Crossless Buns

Our famous hot cross-less buns are made from a mixture of organic whole wheat and unbleached white flour. Mixed in the dough are currants, cinnamon & molasses to give each bite the classic hot cross bun taste. Baked to perfection to create the ultimate breakfast bun.

Unbleached Pocket Bread

Our unbleached pocket breads are made using unbleached white flour. They are a great multi-purpose bread that can be used as a pita, pocket bread or as a small pizza 6” crust.

Whole Wheat Buns

Our whole wheat buns made using a fresh and locally milled organic whole wheat flour from Foxmill in Peggy’s Cove. These buns are a heartier bread than the multi buns, and are a step up from the white flour.
